The Department of Energy, Office of Technology Transitions (OTT) seeks to support the formation and development of regional clusters supporting entrepreneurs and startups by funding innovation-accelerating organizations that demonstrate the ability to advance energy and related technologies in collaboration with and with the support of state, regional, and/or local entities. • Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized)
• Nonprofits having a 501 (c) (3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
