In a 2015 report, more than 1,500 violations were reported at community water systems serving 1.8 million people. Any Arsenic, a known human carcinogen, exposure can lead to cancers, development effects, pulmonary disease, cardiovascular disease or death.

Symptoms and Causes

Despite the 1974 Safe Water Drinking Act, violations occur across the country and impact millions of people each year.
