Description

This FOA will support high-throughput screening or similar transformative approaches to identify novel receptors, signal transducers, or small molecules that modulate SUD-relevant signal transduction pathways (dopamine, opioid, cannabinoid, nicotinic, or other appropriately justified pathway). These projects may also include secondary screens and/or validation of key hits identified.
