Tarjimly means “translate for me” and was founded in 2017 in response to the Syrian refugee crisis and the US Refugee & Travel Ban. Our mission is to improve the lives of refugees and the efficiency of humanitarian services by eliminating language barriers.

TaQadam is a technology start-up which makes visual data AI ready. Offering on-demand image annotation using a mobile application and a team of agents trained on a growing number of use cases. TaQadam trains talented refugees, youth and women on image data annotation to become “data trainers” for Artificial Intelligence.

GeoMatch works in many settings, from refugee resettlement to immigration agencies and nonprofits that help aspiring immigrants. We tailor the software to the client’s needs. GeoMatch can promote any integration priority, like employment, language skills, or any outcome where there’s data. It can work with a country’s constraints and include immigrants’ preferences.

Breezy is a nonprofit open source initiative bringing together humanitarian organizations, tech volunteers, private sector companies, foundations and individuals. We're working together to build a unique new crowdfunding platform for the humanitarian community that humanitarian organizations can collectively own, innovatively improve and use to practice reporting their needs in real time.

Respond Crisis Translation is a coalition of multilingual people who refuse to be silent amidst the xenophobic policies that negate migrants’ basic human right to safety. We are using our voices and language skills to expand access to legal services by protecting the right to access quality translating.
