Applying Machine learning to water and sanitation concerns
Machine learning is a branch of artificial intelligence that allows computer systems to learn directly from examples, data, and experience. Through enabling computers to perform specific tasks intelligently, machine learning systems can carry out complex processes by learning from data, rather than following pre-programmed rules. Machine learning, mathematical modeling and statistics represent fields that have contributed a large number of important tools for describing, understanding and predicting the world around us. For several decades now, advances in computational technology and a historically unmatched, ongoing growth in data availability have increased the number of possible data analysis and modeling opportunities across all fields.
