Calm Down Now is an empowering, 5-star-rated app created especially for those who are suffering from anxiety and panic attacks. The app was developed by psychotherapist June Tomaso-Wood from over 30 years of clinical techniques. With the app they can listen to guided relaxation audios, learn techniques to overcome attacks in the animated handbook or custom mix a variety of their favorite relaxing sounds.
