Many are suggesting the use of Machine Learning and Sentiment Analysis to extract both, the general public perception of these programs, for example, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) in news and social media outlets, as well as analyzing elected representatives' voting records on issues relating to SNAP and food insecurity.
