Many people with disabilities would be fully capable of living on their own with just a little assistance. Creating living spaces that use technology to monitor the health and safety of the tenant, and providing remote or onsite support if necessary, could help thousands of people transition to a life of independence never before thought possible.

Moorgate Mill represents a new approach to help people with learning disabilities and complex behaviours in supported living environments. Officially opened in July 2015, it's an award-winning development consisting of 20 apartments adapted with integrated technologies to meet the needs of residents with complex needs.
