Nature and Context

Traffic accidents and the lives they effect cause substantial physical and economic losses to affected individuals, their families and nations as a whole. According to WHO, the cost of traffic accidents sums up to 3% of GDP in many countries. Using predictive analytics models and algorithms, applied over static and possibly real-time traffic related data, we could detect, visualize and even predict dangerous road sections and conditions.
