By sharing ideas, best practice and advice with each other, women become the best possible versions of themselves and challenges the stereotypes of what it means to be a successful woman. Women make up a large percentage in the workforce, but are not adequately represented. There is a need for respect and representation towards women in the workforce. In 2018, men held 76% of S&P 500 board seats, while women held 24%. In the top 200 companies in the S&P 500, only 6.2% of board seats were held by women of color. By having more intersectional inclusiveness in workspaces, especially management and STEM positions, it is helping younger girls see themselves reflected in society in a way that is not degrading or commercialized.

By sharing ideas, best practice and advice, Womanthology helps women become the best possible versions of themselves and challenges the stereotypes of what it means to be a ‘successful’ woman. It wants women: To be authentic and to be themselves at work, not striving towards some idealized picture of female perfection and 'having it all' To feel they can reach their full potential in life and realize that with the right help and support, their possibilities are infinite.
